Take the carwash industry, for example. You know those traditional chain conveyors that move your vehicle through a typical express wash?

That’s only one way to do it.

STI Conveyor Systems offers the opportunity for carwash owners and operators to deliver their services in a way that’s more intuitive to the guest.

This video gives a nice glimpse at one of their products — it’s a kind of nudge that says “hey, we believe we have a great thing that could improve your business. Will you give us a minute of your time to take a look?”

Everyone has 1 minute to look at something that might improve their business. After the 1 minute is up, maybe they’ll dig a little further to learn more.

Of course, the STI team has spec sheets, and technical data to help their customers understand the product more deeply— the nuts and bolts and mechanical side of things. But videos like this help showcase an experience the product provides to both the car wash operator and the customers they serve.

Most B2C companies wouldn’t exist — and they certainly couldn’t do as great of a job — without support from B2Bs like STI Conveyor Systems.
